Restaurant Holmegaard opened in 2020 in Fensmark, near Næstved, and has quickly established itself as a top destination on the Danish open sandwich scene. The so-calles Danish claassic "smørrebrød". The menu features a wide selection of high-quality open sandwiches for lunch, starting at 98 DKK each. From all-time lunch classics with herring and capers to butter-fried plaice with homemade remoulade or lemon mayo, and hand-peeled shrimp, a guest favorite on the menu.
